The onsite mobile unit offers our busy employees the opportunity to take care of their banking needs such as apply for loans, use the ATM, or discuss their account with a real live person.

Maintaining a diverse workforce means, for us, being aware of the communication needs of employees who speak very little English. BWCU staff have done enrollments and educational presentations in Spanish as well as English, as well as provide literature in Spanish.

Through the efforts of BWCU we increased enrollment in direct deposit by 35%.
