College can be a trying time for any person—balancing your classes, your social calendar and your college-student budget. Although we can’t do your homework for you or plan your social life, there is one way we might be able to help you out…with money.
Since 2002, BWCU has funded scholarships at Wichita State University for some of our deserving members. These scholarships give us a chance to improve the financial lives of students who are working hard to improve themselves.
BWCU is pleased to announce the 2008-2009 recipients of our $1,000 scholarships: Alyssa Edwards, Ashlee McCoy, Kenneth Miller, Dale Page and Krista Poulos. Congratulations to our members! We are proud of you!
If you are interested in applying for the WSU scholarship, check out our website on March 1st for the application information. To be eligible, you must be a BWCU member since June 1st, 2008, and your BWCU accounts must be in good standing. We also want to know all about you, your goals and what you plan to do with your degree in the future.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to give us a call…unless it’s a homework question, then you’re on your own.
